Despite her fears, she befriends the castle's enchanted staff and learns to look beyond the beast's hideous exterior, allowing her to recognize the kind heart and soul of the true prince that hides on the inside. Beauty and the Beast is rated PG.

The movie will be projected onto a giant inflatable screen after sundown. Moviegoers should bring a blanket or low-back chairs. Pop-up tents, canopies, or beach umbrellas that can obstruct the view of others are not permitted. Concessions will be available for purchase.

Gad Perez

Gad started about 8 months ago after hearing that we needed help.  Gad has always valued the good community work that Parks brings to Astoria and wanted to get involved. Since that time, she has branched into many roles here at the Aquatic Center; one of the biggest is that of Lead Cashier.

Lead Cashier is responsible for helping hire and train front desk staff, manage the point of sales system, and also invoices our major public accounts. She is constantly making improvements to our point of sales system in order to increase efficiency at the front desk - which translates to better customer service. In that short amount of time, she has also become a certified lifeguard and a lead guard because she understands what it means to be a team player and is always willing to help out when needed.

Thank You,Gad, for everything you do for Astoria Parks and Recreation.
